Preparation of PRKN expression plasmids

All expression plasmids were designed by the authors and were produced at GeneWiz (South Plainfield, NJ, USA). Expression cassettes consist of promoter, intron, human PRKN cDNA (NM_004562.3, transcript variant 1, PRKN-206) (1398 base pairs (bp)), and human growth hormone poly A (477 bp), which was inserted in pUC57.
