A comprehensive profiling of prophage-encoded depolymerases targeting Klebsiella

To gather a collection of prophages with labeled KL type, all Klebsiella genomes were first downloaded from the NCBI database (n = 14,601), retaining those with a confident assigned KL type (n = 12,003). The screening of these bacterial genomes identified 77,802 prophages.
